ACCOUNT ACTIVATION:

CONGRATULATIONS on deciding to become a client of Buckhead Pool Service (BPS)! We welcome the opportunity of providing you and your family with outstanding pool and spa service.

All clients wishing to activate an account with BPS must first have their pool/spa evaluated. After this is done; a ‘Service Package’ will be mailed for review and completion. Please make sure prior to contacting our Company that you are in our service radius.

Service rates are dependent upon pool/spa size; frequency of service; accessibility; surrounding foliage. All clients wishing to activate an account with BPS should either; call our office during business hours; email our office a request for service.

The following information will be required prior to evaluating your pool/spa. Your name; a contact number; the pool address; whether or not we have access to the pool/spa and equipment area; any special criteria you need met.

New accounts will be activated only after completion of all necessary forms sent to you in our ‘Service Package’. Account activation and scheduling are at the sole discretion of BPS.
